Focusing come from inside, so it fits in with everything you're doing.

[Words]　 come from「起こる、生じる」，fit in with「調和する」

It will deepen whatever you're doing.

deepen「深くする、深める」

It isn't something separate―although when you learn it, then for a little while it seems like very separate.

But once you learn it, it isn't no longer separate.
