方法としてのフォーカシングは大文字で始まるのではないだろうか。

unless 接　［否定の条件を表して］…でない限り、もし…でなければ、…なら話は別だが

それで、私は人々に、それだけでフォーカシングしないでくださいというのです。

So I tell people, "Don't do focusing by itself, please."

so 接　［等位接続詞として］そこで，それで，…ので：The wind was blowing harder, so I decide not to go./ I'm feeling slightly unwell today, so can you come.

・tell+人+（引用）の構文が手持ちの辞書に見当たらない。

それを相互作用とボディ・ワークとあらゆるほかのことと一緒にしてください。

Study: thingが単数形であることに注意したい。
